Success will require attention to detail, a safety-oriented attitude, flexibility, and enthusiasm for cutting-edge technology.</p><p><br></p><p>What You'll Do</p><ul><li>Install, configure, and commission ground systems installations at new Zipline sites. This includes Quality Control and Assurance of installed Electrical and Network systems with issue resolution as needed.</li><li>Diagnose and resolve complex electrical/network problems, system faults, and site issues involving electrical and/or networking installations and modifications.</li><li>Perform maintenance and upgrades with the goal of maximizing uptime and reliability.</li><li>Work with engineering & cross-functional teams to document and resolve tickets using company IT ticketing platforms.</li><li>Manage accountability programs for tools, calibration equipment, and vehicles.</li><li>Maintain records of installations, surveys, maintenance actions, and troubleshooting steps.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety protocols, electrical standards, published manuals and SOPs.</li><li>Contribute to creating and updating SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and installation standards.</li><li>Successfully complete and continuously maintain all required training(s) and certifications.</li><li>Bring a safety first mindset to all tasks.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>What You'll Bring </p><ul><li>Strong background in light commercial electrical and networking.
