FULL-TIME POOL TECHNICIAN

$17-$18 per hour Monday-Friday Paid Training Company Truck Provided

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated individual to join our team as a Full-Time Pool Technician serving the Southlake-Fort Worth area.

No previous pool experience required - we provide PAID training!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clean and maintain residential swimming pools
• Test and balance pool water
• Brush, vacuum, and skim pools
• Clean skimmer and pump baskets
• Inspect pool equipment and identify potential issues
• Maintain accurate service records
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Complete assigned service routes efficiently

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver's license
• Clean background
• Reliable and dependable
• Hardworking and willing to learn
• Comfortable working outdoors in ALL Texas weather
• Able to work independently
• Detail-oriented and takes pride in their work
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Pool experience is a plus, but NOT required

Noah has been in the pool cleaning business for over 20 years. He started the business before working through college and has grown the company to serving the areas from Grapevine to Mansfield and Burleson to Eagle Mountain Lake.

When Noah isn't running the pool service company, He enjoys spending time with his lovely wife and 5 children, being a leader at his church, and helping out on his family's farm. He is a Passionate follower of Jesus Christ and he strives to love others as himself.

As a 2nd generation pool cleaning company, Noah is very knowledgeable about the pool industry and considers himself blessed to have grown up working in the trade.

His goal is to make pool services fair, simple, and excellent for everyone!
