Hybrid position
Direct Counsel is representing a reputable law firm seeking a Corporate Associate with 2-4 years of law firm experience in capital markets and public company work. This role involves representing issuers or investment banks in IPOs, equity and debt offerings, PIPEs, and at-the-market offerings. Candidates will also advise public companies on SEC compliance, disclosure matters, governance, and Nasdaq/NYSE requirements.
Superior academic credentials, strong drafting and analytical skills, and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication are required.
Compensation:
The expected salary range for this position is $235,000-$310,000 per year, based on year classification. Discretionary merit bonuses may also be awarded.
