We specialize in the installation of Stay In Place metal deck pans for bridge decks, along with welding and shear stud installation. The Welder will primarily work on welding projects related to bridge decks, collaborating within small teams and frequently traveling to various job sites to ensure project completion.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding tasks on bridge deck construction projects
• Install metal deck pans and shear studs accurately
• Adhere to all safety regulations and compliance standards
• Handle and prepare materials for welding and installation
• Collaborate effectively within small teams on site
• Travel frequently to various project locations

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Welder (CWI or equivalent)
• DOT D 1.5
• Proficiency in Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Experience in metal fabrication
• Strong adherence to safety protocols
• High attention to detail
• Physical stamina for demanding tasks
• Ability to work well within a team
