Job Summary Are you an experienced welder looking to join a reputable local fabrication company? We're seeking a MIG Welder to join our team in Fort Wayne, IN. In this role, you'll help produce large concrete mixers and other heavyduty components used in cement trucks and industrial applications. You'll weld and assemble parts according to detailed work instructions and blueprints, ensuring strong, highquality welds that meet production standards. What You'll Be Doing As a MIG Welder, your core responsibilities will include:

• Performing MIG welding: Weld components and assemblies per job specifications using gas metal arc welding equipment.
• Inspecting and reworking welds: Ensure all welds meet quality standards and rework as needed.
• Reading blueprints and instructions: Follow detailed diagrams and samples to complete each job accurately.
• Maintaining a clean workspace: Perform general housekeeping and assist with shop upkeep as needed.
• Collaborating with team members: Support production goals and communicate effectively with leads and supervisors.

You will weld for approximately 90% of the shift, with the remaining time spent on general cleaning and shop support.
What We're Looking For Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of MIG welding experience required.
• Stick welding experience a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
• Must have your own welding helmet.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and stay on task with minimal supervision.
