Location: DC Metro Area Pay: $40-$55/hour, depending on experience Schedule: 40+ hours weekly Monday-Friday Overtime Available

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum four years of refrigeration and/or commercial HVAC experience
- Master or Journeyman HVAC license is preferred
- EPA Universal
- Insurable driving record and valid driver's license
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Professional communication and customer-service skills
- Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team
- Vocational or technical training is preferred
- CFESA certificate a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and system service
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues
- Maintain professional relationships with customers and site personnel
- Consult with managers and fellow technicians on complex service challenges
- Help identify maintenance opportunities and earn commissions on qualified leads
