Roles & Responsibilities
Understand existing IBP sandbox/planning-area design.
Configure or reuse a narrow product/location/network slice for the MVP.
Build and execute what-if scenarios.
Support scenarios such as:
o network inventory rebalance;
o incremental supply/packaging quantity;
o expedited receipt/supply.
Return machine-readable scenario KPIs to BTP.
Define scenario input/output contracts.
Validate feasibility of BTP IBP integration.
Help distinguish which planning calculations belong in IBP versus BTP.
Support planner interpretation of supply, shortage, inventory and waste results.
