Technology Integrations/Delivery Manager About You

As a Technology Integrations/Delivery Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of complex technology initiatives that support enterprise business processes, data-driven decision-making, cloud modernization, AI-driven solutions, and digital transformation programs. You will serve as the central coordination point between business stakeholders, product teams, architects, engineering teams, vendors, and leadership, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives. The ideal candidate combines strong program and delivery management expertise with technical knowledge of cloud platforms, AI/ML technologies, software engineering practices, and modern DevOps methodologies.

Technology Integrations/Delivery Manager Day-to-Day

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, delivery milestones, budget targets, and operational outcomes.
• Partner with business leaders, product owners, architects, engineers, and vendors to translate strategic initiatives into actionable roadmaps, delivery plans, and execution strategies.
• Manage project schedules, risks, dependencies, resource planning, financial tracking, and cross-functional coordination across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Facilitate governance forums, steering committee meetings, executive status reviews, portfolio reporting, and structured decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate technical designs, architecture decisions, cloud infrastructure strategies, AI/automation initiatives, and software delivery practices to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Oversee vendor and consulting partner delivery, including milestone tracking, quality reviews, technical deliverable validation, and adherence to organizational standards.
• Drive continuous improvement across Agile delivery, DevOps processes, CI/CD practices, operational workflows, and delivery governance frameworks.
• Champion adoption of emerging technologies and AI-assisted development practices while promoting operational excellence, automation, service reliability, and measurable business value.

Technology Integrations/Delivery Manager Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Technical Program Management, Software Delivery, or Enterprise Technology Leadership roles.
• Experience leading complex technology initiatives involving cloud platforms, software engineering, enterprise applications, data platforms, AI/ML, automation, or digital transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of modern technology delivery practices, including Agile methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, software development lifecycles, and platform engineering concepts.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors, including project planning, budget management, stakeholder communication, governance, and delivery oversight.
• Working knowledge of cloud technologies, preferably AWS, along with experience supporting cloud modernization, infrastructure transformation, or enterprise platform initiatives.
• Experience supporting AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, analytics, or intelligent automation programs, with the ability to understand technical concepts and facilitate informed decision-making.
• Excellent executive communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical complexity into clear business outcomes and recommendation
