Title: Technical Training Senior Analyst
Location: Scottsdale, AZ - Remtoe
Duration: 6+ Months
Skills:Required:
- Epic Credentialed Trainer certification in Ambulatory and/or Patient Access.
- Experience delivering Epic training in a healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of clinical and administrative workflows.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Experience with virtual training platforms and instructional design tools.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and e-learning development.
- Prior involvement in Epic upgrade cycles or system enhancement projects.
- Education:Candidates must have Epic Credentialed Trainer Certification
- EPIC Credentialed Trainer Certification in Ambulatory and/or Patient Access is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required.
