About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teachers to deliver high-quality education in the Eastern U.S. region.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
• Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
• Assess and monitor student progress through assignments and activities
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs
• Maintain effective classroom management and discipline standards
• Communicate regularly with students, parents, and guardians
• Collaborate with fellow teachers, administrators, and support staff
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events
• Maintain accurate academic records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with school policies, safety guidelines, and educational standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Valid state teaching license or eligibility to obtain certification
• Entry-level candidates: student teaching or internship experience preferred
• Experienced teachers: 2+ years classroom teaching experience preferred
• Strong communication, classroom management, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented educational environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Authorization to work in the United States
