Leasing Consultant - Redwood City and Multiple Locations
COMPENSATION INCLUDES HOURLY RATE OF $21.00- $25.00 PER HOUR PLUS MONTHLY COMMISSIONS AND QUARTERLY BONUSES!

Position Summary:
IEC is looking for an energetic, skilled Leasing Consultant to be responsible for leasing activities at three of our apartment communities (543-units total) located in Redwood City (%), San Mateo (%), and Daly City (%), California. The schedule will be Tuesday through Saturday from 9AM to 6PM.
Job Duties:
- Strong leasing and marketing efforts
- Assist in scheduling and conducting lease signing meetings and move-ins
- Complete administrative and lease-related data entries in the property management system (YARDI)
- Provide excellent customer service to residents
- Provide reports and other systems data to support leasing and marketing efforts as required
Job Requirements:
- At least one year of multi-family leasing experience
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
- Ability to take direction, yet be self-motivated
- Be a team player, possess accountability, and be in alignment with company culture
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate with good organizational skills
- Must be available to work Tuesday through Saturday from 9AM to 6PM.
Education Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent and professional knowledge of business discipline
