Accounting Manager

Accounting Manager / Staff Accountant Location: Arlington, TX Full-Time On-Site A Hands-On Opportunity to Make an Impact Are you an accounting professional who loves owning the details, solving problems, and being at the center of the business? This position is ideal for someone with around 5 years of accounting experience who is strong in QuickBooks Online, highly detail-oriented, and enjoys being hands-on with the day-to-day accounting function. What You'll Do: Manage daily AP and AR Handle expense reporting and corporate credit card reconciliations Perform account, inventory, balance sheet, and income statement reconciliations Support month-end close and sales tax Coordinate purchasing, receiving, and inventory Review and properly categorize expenditures and maintain accurate financial records Ensure customer billing requirements and documentation are accurate Support accounting for Shopify/e-commerce sales Track products moving through overseas factories and warehouses Maintain accurate product and item listings Identify discrepancies and help improve accounting processes Partner closely with leadership and serve as the primary resource for day-to-day accounting What We're Looking For: Approximately 5 years of solid accounting experience Strong QuickBooks Online experience - required Strong understanding of AP, AR, reconciliations, and general accounting Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and accuracy Comfortable working independently and taking ownership Reliable, consistent, and committed to building a long-term career Energetic and comfortable staying hands-on and in the weeds Strong communication skills and a collaborative personality Bonus: Experience with Webgility, Shopify/e-commerce, inventory, purchasing, month-end close, or sales tax.
