The Role We're hiring a Recruitment Coordinator to drive participant enrollment for our clinical studies, spanning both healthy volunteers and individuals with mental health conditions. You'll help build and run the lead funnel, sourcing and converting candidates through social and digital channels (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) How We Operate We're a fiercely motivated team here for one reason: we believe we can genuinely help people. We need equally motivated individuals on our team. We work long hours and typically operate 5 days a week. Salary: 70,000-85,000 per year We look for people with serious ambitions for their own growth.
