Number 1 Plumbing, A/C, Solar & Electric is seeking a Plumber to join our team in Albuquerque, NM.

Position Summary

As a Plumber at Number 1 Plumbing, A/C, Solar & Electric, you will perform skilled plumbing work to install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems. This role focuses on delivering safe, high-quality craftsmanship while troubleshooting issues and completing repairs efficiently.

You will work independently and as part of a team to ensure plumbing systems function properly, meet relevant standards, and leave worksites clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, piping systems, and related components

• Diagnose plumbing issues using established methods and complete repairs or replacements accordingly

• Perform routine maintenance to help prevent leaks, clogs, and system failures

• Read and interpret basic layouts, plans, and system specifications to support installation and repair work

• Ensure compliance with safety practices and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience working as a plumber or in a closely related plumbing trade role

• Ability to troubleshoot common plumbing problems and complete effective repairs

• Knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and installation practices

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices

• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well with others onsite

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with residential and commercial plumbing systems

• Experience completing service calls, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks, rough ins, top outs and trim work

• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship

• Comfort working with tools and equipment commonly used in plumbing work

Compensation

Hourly rate: $15 - $30
