We are currently hiring experienced Welders for a well-established company in Hutchinson, KS. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with competitive pay, multiple shifts available, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

What You'll Do

• Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on steel and metal components

• Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols

• Inspect welds to ensure quality and specifications are met

• Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

What We're Looking For

• Previous welding experience required (MIG/TIG preferred)

• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Dependable attendance and willingness to work assigned shift
