Atlas Care is hiring part-time W-2 Relief Educational Navigators to provide temporary, coverage, and new-family educational support across Lake County, Florida.
Responsibilities:
Step into scheduled assignments when regular coverage is unavailable
Provide structured, respectful educational support in homes and community settings
Follow learner plans and family guidance
Communicate reliably and complete required documentation
Qualifications:
Relevant education or experience in teaching, special education, child development, behavior support, or human services
Flexible availability, reliable transportation, and ability to complete required screening
Strong communication and dependable follow-through
Compensation: $23 $30 per hour. Part-time W-2. Assignments vary and are based on family needs and Navigator availability; specific hours are not guaranteed.
