Atlas Care is hiring a part-time W-2 Educational Navigator to deliver individualized educational support for children and young adults with unique learning, developmental, and access needs in Lake County, Florida.
Responsibilities:
Provide structured educational support in homes, community settings, or small groups
Adapt activities to learner strengths, goals, and support needs
Communicate clearly with families and the Atlas team
Complete required documentation and travel locally for assignments
Qualifications:
Relevant education or experience in teaching, special education, behavior support, child development, human services, or a related field
Reliable transportation and ability to complete required background screening
Strong communication, dependability, and family-centered judgment
Compensation: $23 $30 per hour. Part-time W-2. Flexible, family-based scheduling. Hours and assignments depend on family needs, location, availability, qualifications, and successful screening; specific hours are not guaranteed.
