Network Administrator Onsite Beverly Hills, CA

We're hiring a Network Administrator for a well-established public sector organization in Beverly Hills, CA. This is a lead technical role not a caretaker seat. You'll report directly to the CTO (or equivalent) with real ownership over network architecture, standards, and vendor selection, and you'll be central to major upcoming infrastructure projects, including a data center relocation and a voice platform migration.

Location: Beverly Hills, CA (Los Angeles County) fully onsite, no remote/hybrid
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (infrequent evening/weekend/emergency support as needed)
Engagement: 1-year contract with option to renew

What you'll own:

Administration, security, and performance of network, server, cloud, and infrastructure systems
Enterprise switching, routing, wireless, and firewall administration
Directing field technicians and contracted crews on installation and deployment work
Leading infrastructure modernization projects from scoping through execution

What we're looking for:

5+ years of hands-on Cisco network administration (enterprise switching, routing, wireless, firewall)
3 5 years of hands-on Palo Alto Networks NGFW experience
Hands-on experience specifically with Cisco Nexus switching
Server, storage, and virtualization administration experience
Experience directing field technicians, installers, or contracted crews
Valid California Driver License; able to pass a background check
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Comfortable being fully onsite, five days a week, for the full contract term

Nice to have: CCNA/CCNP, Network+, Security+, or equivalent certifications; public sector or education environment experience; Aruba ClearPass/NAC experience; fiber optic infrastructure exposure.
