The Division Manager is responsible for overseeing the credit operations within <strong>Consumer, SBA, Business Banking, Card,</strong> ensuring strategic alignment, and effective risk management. This role involves leading a team of Credit Solutions colleagues, driving strategic growth, and maintaining high standards of credit quality and compliance. The Division Manager collaborates closely with senior leadership to develop and implement lending strategies that support the Bank's goals. This role is responsible for building and supporting effective partnerships and communication routines between the Credit Solutions team and its Sales and Risk partners. The Division Manager will partner with the head of the Sales business line to develop and implement a growth strategy. This role is also a point of escalation on individual transactions, as needed.
