ALDI is looking for enthusiastic part-time cashiers and stockers. As a cashier, you'll provide friendly, efficient checkout service, while as a stocker, you'll help keep shelves stocked and organized to ensure a great shopping experience. Overview <p> Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as a dedicated Tax Expert - TurboTax Store in one of our new TurboTax locations across the United States on a seasonal basis. This unique opportunity combines tax expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs. As a Tax Expert - TurboTax Store, you will focus on bringing in new customers and serving as their trusted advisor, empowering customers to achieve positive financial outcomes while supporting Intuit's mission of "Powering Prosperity Around the World." </p><p> In this role, you will work on-site from a TurboTax location, and play a key role in growing TurboTax's client base within the local community, establishing long-term relationships and driving customer loyalty. During the interview process, we will discuss your career goals and availability to match you with the schedule that works best for you. </p><p><b><br></b></p><p> What You Will Do: </p><ul><li> Be a Proactive Community Ambassador </li><ul><li> Enthusiastically represent TurboTax locally, serving as a fixture and public face of TurboTax in the community. </li><li> Engage with new prospects, nurture leads, and convert prospects into long-term clients through proactive outreach. </li><li> Lead local events with the support of TurboTax, participate in local marketing, and make the topic of taxes accessible and approachable. </li></ul><li> Provide Tax Expertise </li><ul><li> Give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations (e.g., personal and business income, deductions optimization, amendments). </li><li> Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice. </li><li> Utilize resources such as government websites, professional tools, and team expertise to deliver accurate tax solutions in personalized everyday language. </li></ul><li> Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience </li><ul><li> Create an exceptional customer experience through professionalism, and genuine interest in helping clients achieve their financial goals (e.g., saving for retirement, college funds, weddings, or vacations). </li><li> Connect with people to build the long-term trust that turns a one-time transaction into a loyal, multi-year relationship. </li><li> Interact with customers both in-person and through Intuit's state-of-the-art video communication tools. </li><li> Address client inquiries while helping them overcome tax-related challenges. </li></ul></ul><p> Key Qualifications: </p><ul><li> Possess active, unrestricted credentials: EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws. </li><li> Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes. </li><li> Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds </li><li> Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 50 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software. </li><li> Familiarity with Circular 230 </li><li> Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
