Operating out</p><p>of our regional headquarters, you will pilot a fully equipped company service truck to</p><p>provide critical, high-impact technical support across our local manufacturing ecosystem.</p><p>Because our entire footprint is strictly regional, this role requires zero overnight travel,</p><p>giving you the dynamic workflow of a field technician with the privilege of being home every</p><p>single evening.</p><p>If you are a proactive trade professional who takes pride in code-compliant mastery,</p><p>precise blueprint execution, and unmatched troubleshooting capabilities, we invite you to</p><p>build a career with our expanding team.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><p> Execute High-Level Upgrades: Install, modify, and commission complex industrial electrical</p><p>systems and control mechanisms on automated manufacturing equipment.</p><p> Analyze Implement: Decipher architectural blueprints, complex wiring schematics, and</p><p>layouts to lay out systems, size wires/conduits, and manage protection parameters for</p><p>AC/DC circuits.</p><p> Lead Field Troubleshooting: Deploy advanced test equipment to quickly diagnose</p><p>anomalies, eliminate system bottlenecks, and minimize plant downtime during system</p><p>faults.</p><p><br></p><p> Ensure Code Excellence: Fabricate and route code-compliant conduit lines (up to 2 inches)</p><p>and arrange distribution components in strict accordance with the National Electrical</p><p>Code (NEC).</p><p> Champion Workplace Safety: Act as an onsite advocate for strict safety standards,</p><p>executing precise Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols and maintaining zero-incident</p><p>workspaces.</p><p>Qualifications We Look For</p><p> 6+ Years of Journey-Level Experience in an industrial maintenance, plant engineering,</p><p>or heavy commercial electrical construction setting (or equivalent trade</p><p> education/apprenticeship). </p><p> Mastery of trade math formulas, NEC code application, and material optimization</p><p>configurations.</p><p> Full physical capability to work at elevated heights (ladders, scaffolds, roofs) and</p><p>operate aerial lifts, boom trucks, and forklifts safely.</p><p> Strong technological competency with personal computers for engineering support,</p><p>parts provisioning, and digital work order management.</p><p> High adaptability to thrive in fast-paced, heavy manufacturing environments (including</p><p>hot, cold, and dirty environments).</p><p> Valid Driver's License with a clean driving history (required for operating fleet utility</p><p>vehicle).</p><p>Preferred Credentials</p><p> An active state or local Journeyman Electrician License.</p><p> Specialty experience in Custom Control Panel Fabrication or High-Voltage (12,470V)</p><p>Distribution systems.</p><p>Why Join Our Team?</p><p> True Work-Life Balance: No long-distance or overnight travel.
