We are seeking an experienced and dependable Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations of a multifamily apartment community. The Maintenance Supervisor will lead the maintenance team, coordinate work orders and apartment turns, perform hands-on repairs, and help ensure the property is maintained in a safe, clean, and well-functioning condition. The ideal candidate has strong multifamily maintenance experience, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to lead a team while providing quality service to residents.
