Responsibilities:

• Perform sewer and drain camera inspections to diagnose plumbing issues accurately
• Present findings to customers and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions
• Drive sales by educating homeowners on plumbing system conditions and service options
• Conduct service calls, troubleshoot plumbing problems, and provide upfront pricing
• Operate and maintain pipeline inspection cameras and related diagnostic equipment
• Build lasting customer relationships through transparent, consultative communication
• Complete accurate service documentation and maintain organized job records

Requirements:

• Proven experience in plumbing service, repair, or drain/sewer work
• Hands-on experience with sewer camera and pipeline inspection equipment
• Strong sales aptitude with the ability to present and close service recommendations
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field
• Plumbing license or relevant certifications a plus
