Job description
We are looking for an Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and record day-to-day transactions
- Prepare and examine accounting records
- Perform audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements
- Create new processes to improve accounting efficiency
- Report analysis and findings to management team
- Manage AR/AP including collection and payment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in healthcare setting
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Experience with QuickBooks and reporting tools
- Detail and deadline-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
