Job description
Fast-paced entertainment business management firm seeks experienced account manager/ bookkeeper for long term position. Accounting/finance degree OR a minimum of 3 years of experience with Datafaction and Imaging or AgilLink is preferred. This is a IN OFFICE full time position (not remote).
Candidate will be mature, driven, very positive, and reliable with excellent organizational and communication skills (both orally and in writing) with a neat/professional appearance. Must have ability to multi-task a demanding desk load and work with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail, meeting deadlines and professional follow-through is mandatory. Candidate must be computer literate with knowledge of MS, Excel and MS Word. Good oral and written communication skills required. Candidate needs to be discrete and have a positive demeanor. Job duties:
- Daily client communication
- A/P processing
- Credit card coding
- Daily bank deposits
- Account research to resolve billing discrepancies
- Monthly bank reconciliations
- Month/Year end Reporting
- Year-end processing/1099 prep
- Strong knowledge of debit/credit double entry system
Compensation range (annual salary): $60,000 - $75,000 to start (based on experience).
