The Experienced Residential Glazier plays a crucial role in enhancing single-family homes by expertly measuring, cutting, and installing glass panels. This position requires working independently across multiple local job sites, ensuring precise, high-quality glass installations with excellent customer service to meet homeowners' expectations.
Responsibilities
- Measure and prepare glass panels accurately for installation
- Install glass windows, doors, and panels in single-family homes
- Interact professionally with customers to understand and meet their needs
- Manage all installation tasks independently at varying job sites within the local area
- Maintain and operate own newer model truck capable of transporting glass panels
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in residential glass installation
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to glass handling and installation
- Proficient in measurement and layout techniques
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Good time management skills for working independently
