High Seas Plumbing is looking for an experienced Residential Service Plumbing Installer to join our growing team. We're looking for someone who takes pride in clean, professional installations, works efficiently, and knows how to get the job done right the first time.
This is an installation-focused position for residential service plumbing. You'll be responsible for completing sold jobs and delivering a high-quality finished product and customer experience.
Responsibilities
Install water heaters, including standard tank, tankless, and hybrid systems
Install and replace toilets, faucets, sinks, garbage disposals, and other plumbing fixtures
Perform whole-home and partial repipes
Install and replace water service lines
Install and repair sewer and drain piping
Install cleanouts, shutoff valves, pressure regulators, hose bibbs, and related plumbing components
Perform plumbing remodel and replacement work
Diagnose installation issues and determine proper solutions
Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
Protect customers' homes while performing work
Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high workmanship standards
Communicate professionally with homeowners and the High Seas Plumbing team
Follow applicable plumbing codes, company procedures, and safety requirements
Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles
What We're Looking For
Residential plumbing installation/service experience preferred
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and installation practices
Ability to complete installations independently
Ability to read job scopes and understand the materials required
Clean, professional workmanship
Strong attention to detail
Dependable and punctual
Professional appearance and communication
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Ability to perform the physical requirements of residential plumbing work
Willingness to learn and grow with the company
