About the Role

We're looking for a detail driven Payroll & Benefits Specialist to manage full cycle payroll and support benefits administration for our 300-400 employee manufacturing operation. This role is essential to ensuring accurate, timely payroll and exceptional employee support across multiple shifts.

What You'll Do

• Process end to end payroll for hourly and salaried employees
• Audit timecards, overtime, shift differentials, and incentive pay
• Maintain payroll records, tax withholdings, garnishments, and direct deposits
• Support benefits administration, including enrollments and employee questions
• Assist with open enrollment, benefits billing, and vendor coordination
• Ensure compliance with FLSA, ACA, and state/federal regulations
• Provide responsive support to employees, supervisors, and HR partners

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of full cycle payroll experience (manufacturing preferred)
• Experience supporting 300+ employees strongly preferred
• Knowledge of payroll laws, ACA, and benefits processes
• Strong accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
• Proficiency with payroll/HRIS systems (ADP, Paycom, Paychex, etc.)
• Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is a plus

• On site role in a non union, 24/7 solar manufacturing facility
• Fast paced, hands on environment with multiple production shifts
