Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable residential service plumber to join our growing plumbing company. In this role, you will diagnose and repair plumbing issues in occupied homes, provide clear options to homeowners, and complete high-quality work with a professional attitude. The ideal candidate is experienced, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently in the field. NO weekend shifts required! NO on call! Take home truck.

Duties

• Respond to scheduled residential service calls.
• Diagnose, service, and repair residential plumbing systems.
• Must present clear repair or replacement options to customers.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area in customers' homes and in the service vehicle.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, explaining work performed and answering questions.
• Complete invoices, job notes, and documentation accurately using our CRM system.
• Follow all local plumbing codes, safety standards, and company procedures.
• Care for company tools, equipment, and vehicle as if they were your own.

Skills

• Previous 3-5 years experience as a residential service plumber is a MUST.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose issues efficiently.
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage time and schedule effectively.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with a professional, friendly demeanor.
• Comfortable explaining technical plumbing issues in simple, easy-to-understand language.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, basements, and crawl spaces as needed.
• Basic proficiency with smartphones or tablets for dispatch, photos, and documentation.
• Reliability, honesty, and pride in doing clean, high-quality work.
