Certified Apartment Staffing is hiring an experienced Leasing Consultant for an IMMEDIATE START in Atlanta, GA!
IMMEDIATE START - EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
We are seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant / Leasing Agent / Apartment Leasing Specialist with strong customer service and leasing skills. Affordable housing experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct apartment tours and lease-up activities
- Respond to prospective residents and follow up on leads
- Process rental applications and leasing paperwork
- Prepare leases and maintain accurate resident files
- Assist with resident questions and account inquiries
- Support daily apartment community operations
- Maintain occupancy and provide excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Previous apartment / multifamily leasing experience REQUIRED
- Must be available to start ASAP
- Affordable housing experience preferred
- LIHTC, HUD, Section 8, or recertification experience is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional, organized, and dependable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced leasing office
