G&G Electric is looking for a skilled and dependable Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll handle a wide range of service calls-primarily residential, with commercial calls as they come in-from diagnosing and repairing electrical issues to performing routine maintenance and small installations. You'll be working directly with clients, so professionalism, communication, and efficiency are key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems and equipment
• Perform service calls primarily for residential properties, with occasional commercial calls (retail, offices, light industrial)
• Install outlets, lighting, panels, breakers, and related components
• Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes
• Communicate clearly with clients and provide exceptional service
• Complete accurate documentation of work performed
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Be available for occasional on-call/emergency calls, particularly around holidays

Requirements:

• Journeyman or Apprentice Electrician License with TDLR
• 4+ years of Lead Service Technician experience
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safety protocols
• Great communication skills and a strong work ethic
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Must pass a background check

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, rotating weekends as needed
