We are seeking a Property Inspector to support our growing property management division. This position is responsible for conducting thorough inspections across residential and commercial properties, documenting conditions, identifying maintenance needs, and ensuring compliance with lease terms and company standards. This is a field-based role that requires strong attention to detail, time management, and clear communication.

Compensation:

$35,000 - $38,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Conduct move-in, move-out, routine, and periodic inspections
• Document property condition with notes, photos, and reports
• Identify maintenance issues, lease violations, and safety concerns
• Coordinate findings with property managers and maintenance teams
• Ensure properties meet company standards and owner expectations
• Follow up on outstanding issues to ensure resolution
• Maintain accurate and organized inspection records
• Communicate professionally with tenants when needed during inspections

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot issues others miss
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple inspections daily
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based environment
• Basic knowledge of property maintenance (preferred, not required)
• Tech-savvy (comfortable using apps/software for reporting and photos)
• Valid driver's license
• Professional communication and problem-solving skills
