Job Overview

Sure Electric LLC is looking for an experienced Residential Electrical Technician to join our

residential electrical team. This full-time position is ideal for a dedicated professional who excels

at troubleshooting and rapid diagnostics. You will be the face of our company to homeowners,

diagnosing electrical failures-from interior wiring and panel issues to exhaust fans and lighting

Key Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and maintain consistent daily attendance
• Deliver excellent communication and customer service during each interaction
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, install, and repair electrical components in homes and businesses
• Communicate effectively with our in-office management team to report diagnostic findings, provide updates, and coordinate next steps for repairs or replacements.
• Manage inventory of tools and materials in the company vehicle to ensure high first-time complete rates.
• Collaborate with dispatchers for efficient scheduling and timely communication with customers
• Document work completed, including photos and summaries, via service software

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consistent electrical experience
• Working knowledge of local and National Electrical Code
• Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to clearly explain technical issues to both homeowners and our internal office team.
• Must have basic hand and power tools
• Maintain a valid and clean driver's license
• English-speaking preferred

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, Full-Time
• Availability for occasional weekends and overtime required
