Overview
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Licensed Journeyman Electricians for projects located in or around Sheldon, IA. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $55 - $57/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Install, terminate, and troubleshoot industrial electrical wiring and equipment
- Bend and install conduit systems in accordance with project specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and layout drawings
- Install and connect electrical equipment in an industrial processing facility
- Perform electrical installations while maintaining quality and safety standards
- Work extended schedules in a fast-paced industrial construction environment
- Valid Iowa Journeyman Electrician License
- Industrial electrical experience preferred
- Experience with conduit bending and electrical installation
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
- Experience terminating and troubleshooting electrical systems and equipment
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work 60-70 hours per week and additional overtime as needed
- Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team
