Key Responsibilities- Perform regular reconciliation of accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage inventory tracking and updates related to fuel products and other items.
- Handle phone routing efficiently, directing calls to appropriate personnel.
- Utilize general computer knowledge to operate bookkeeping software and other office applications.
- Provide knowledgeable support regarding purchases to customers.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support daily operations.
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar financial role.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to greet and assist customers effectively.
- Familiarity with inventory management processes.
- Experience with account reconciliation and financial record maintenance.
- General computer proficiency, including familiarity with bookkeeping software and office applications.
- Knowledge of fuel products and related industry terminology is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage phone routing and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
