The Trust Relationship Manager will develop and maintain strong relationships with trust and wealth management clients while becoming an active member of the Birmingham community. The ideal candidate enjoys being visible in the market, meeting with clients and prospective clients, and developing relationships with attorneys, CPAs, and other Centers of Influence.
Just as important as experience is culture fit. This is a collaborative organization looking for a team-oriented professional who thinks in terms of we, not me.
Qualifications:- Must be in Birmingham or have deep professional ties in Birmingham
- Minimum of 5 years of trust, fiduciary, or wealth management experience
- Strong client relationship and communication skills
- Outgoing, personable, and comfortable developing new relationships
- Desire to be active and involved in the local community
- Team-oriented approach with a collaborative mindset
- Ability to work independently within company policies and regulatory guidelines
