Duties
Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems, schematics, and advanced diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately.
Conduct repairs on various mechanical systems including engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, shocks & struts, and powertrain components.
Execute routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire services, wheel alignments, and vehicle inspections to uphold safety standards.
Repair and replace diesel engines, ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), air brakes, and auto body components with precision.
Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and mechanical knowledge to complete repairs efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot complex automotive electrical systems and mechanical failures.
Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
Skills
Proven dealership experience with a strong background in automotive repair industry standards - preferred.
Expertise in ADAS calibration, diesel engine repair, transmission repair, and automotive suspension system repair.
Solid understanding of automotive electrical systems, schematics interpretation, and mechanical systems repair.
Experience working with various makes and models is highly desirable.
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and other mechanical repair tools.
Knowledge of heavy equipment mechanics and auto estimating processes is a plus.
Strong customer service skills combined with excellent mechanical knowledge to deliver quality repairs efficiently.
