The Industrial Maintenance Supervisor oversees the maintenance activities of production machinery, electrical panels, and various industrial equipment. Working with a small team of 1-3 members, this role ensures all maintenance operations run smoothly with a focus on safety, efficiency, and equipment reliability. The supervisor works full-time on-site and manages maintenance schedules across day and night shifts to support uninterrupted production.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance tasks and preventive maintenance programs
- Perform regular equipment inspections and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Lead, train, and develop a small maintenance team
- Oversee repair and upkeep of production machinery and industrial equipment
- Monitor maintenance activities across day and night shifts
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance supervision
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical repair, and PLC programming
- Experienced in preventive maintenance strategies
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Prior experience with food packaging machinery and labeling is preferred.
