Multiple Metric bonuses Commissions 10% Profit sharing contribution Flexible work environment Annual Bonus Strong benefits (M,D,V, and 401k) Job Details Manages Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers, and subordinate in their efforts to maximize profitability while safeguarding asset quality and minimizing risks Responsible for the overall quality, size, and profitability of the portfolios generated by their subordinates' loan portfolio and depository accounts Drive business by developing new commercial lending and deposit relationships, expanding existing customer relationships, and actively prospecting and building referral sources Oversee and direct Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers, and other staff, with responsibility for maximizing profitability while maintaining strong asset quality and minimizing credit and operational risk Analyze financial statements, cash flow, collateral, and overall creditworthiness to structure and recommend financing that meets customer needs while adhering to Bank policies and sound lending practices Manage and oversee the lending process from underwriting and credit approval through negotiation, documentation, closing, renewals, and ongoing portfolio management, ensuring strong credit quality and regulatory compliance Own the overall quality, size, and profitability of the loan and depository portfolios generated by the team, monitoring performance, addressing credit issues, and partnering with branch leadership and Credit Administration for the success of the region Interested in hearing more?
