The Commercial Plumber will lead plumbing projects in industrial facilities, collaborating closely with project managers to ensure timely job completion. This role involves managing crews of 4-6 members, handling material submittals, and maintaining safety compliance. The plumber will work primarily on-site with limited weekly travel between job sites, coordinating efforts using manual tracking methods.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute commercial plumbing tasks on industrial projects
• Coordinate with project managers to schedule and complete jobs efficiently
• Supervise crews of 4-6 members to ensure quality and safety standards
• Prepare and submit material documentation for project approval
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Maintain project schedules and monitor progress using manual tracking
• Communicate effectively with team members to solve on-site challenges

Required Qualifications

• Vocational training in plumbing

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial plumbing
• Valid plumbing license
• OSHA safety certification
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Project management and crew leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time management skills
