Direct Counsel represents a prestigious AmLaw firm seeking a Mid-level to Senior Real Estate Associate to join its Chicago, Pittsburgh, Raleigh, or Seattle office.
Locations: Chicago, IL Pittsburgh, PA Raleigh, NC Seattle, WA
Experience: 3-8 Years
Compensation: $225,000-$400,000
This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated real estate transactions while gaining significant client contact and responsibility within a nationally recognized real estate practice.
Ideal candidates will have experience with:
- Acquisitions and dispositions of real estate assets
- Real estate financing transactions
- Real estate due diligence
- Commercial leasing matters
- Real estate development projects
- Joint venture transactions
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- 3-8 years of real estate transactional experience
- Experience in a sophisticated law firm environment preferred
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Excellent academic credentials
- Ability to manage matters independently and collaborate effectively within a team
