Hybrid Financial Institutions Associate Attorney Qualifications
- Experience in financial institutions or banking law at an Am Law 120 firm.
- Requires hands-on experience with regulatory compliance, M&A strategy, or enforcement matters involving the CFPB, FDIC, or OCC.
- Must hold a J.D. from an accredited school with top academics and an active membership in the Illinois State Bar.
