POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Testing, Hypercare & Training Lead will lead testing, go-live readiness, hypercare operations, and end-user adoption activities to ensure a stable transition to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and manage testing strategy (SIT, UAT)
- Coordinate defect tracking and resolution
- Lead hypercare operations and incident coordination
- Ensure priority-1 issues meet response expectations during hypercare
- Lead training and documentation efforts, including UPK artifacts
- Support user readiness and change adoption activities
REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years of experience with ERP testing and training
- ERP testing and go-live leadership experience
- Experience managing hypercare and post-go-live stabilization
- Training and documentation experience in Oracle Cloud environments
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Experience supporting mission-critical systems
