We are fast growing EC seeking experienced and motivated Commercial Foremen, Electrical Lead Person, and Top Helpers to lead and execute electrical construction projects across commercial and industrial sites. These roles are vital in ensuring the successful installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of complex electrical systems, including high-voltage wiring, industrial electrical systems, and commercial electrical infrastructure. Responsibilities

• Lead electrical crews on construction sites, ensuring all work aligns with project specifications, safety protocols, and local electrical codes.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to guide installation and troubleshooting efforts.
• Perform electrical wiring for commercial and industrial systems, including low voltage and high-voltage applications.
• Conduct electrical diagnostics using tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and troubleshoot complex electrical systems efficiently.
• Install and maintain programmable logic controllers (PLCs), motor controls, and other automation components within industrial environments.
• Ensure all work complies with NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code) standards and adhere to strict electrical safety procedures throughout each project phase.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely to complete wiring tasks, conduit runs, panel installations, and system upgrades.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues on-site by analyzing system failures, reading electrical schematics, and applying technical knowledge to resolve problems swiftly.
• Supervise junior team members such as helpers or apprentices while fostering a safe work environment focused on quality craftsmanship.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to meet project timelines and quality expectations.

Experience

• Proven experience as a commercial or industrial electrician with a strong background in electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, and blueprints for renovation or new construction projects.
• Hands-on experience working with NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code), NEC standards, local electrical codes, and safety procedures.
• Familiarity with industrial electrical systems including motor controls, automation systems (PLCs), low voltage wiring, and high-voltage wiring.
• Skilled in using diagnostic tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, multimeters, and hand tools for precise electrical work.
• Construction site experience with a focus on safety compliance in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Prior experience in renovation projects or general construction is highly desirable.
