This position involves independent work, requiring expertise in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of complex marine electrical systems using standard electrical hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical installation on commercial and military vessels
• Maintain and troubleshoot AC/DC electrical systems
• Handle wiring and cabling tasks according to marine standards
• Test and repair electrical equipment to ensure operational safety
• Document technical procedures and maintenance activities

Preferred Qualifications

• Marine Safety Certification
• Proficiency in AC/DC electrical systems and wiring circuitry
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of marine safety protocols
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Excellent problem solving, teamwork, and communication skills
