Watts Plumbing is looking for an experienced plumber or a Journeyman Plumber to join our crew for an apartment complex remodeling project located in Mckinney. The job hasn't officially started so you can have you start and train at our job in Arlington.
We are looking for people with all skill levels. If you have solid plumbing experience or your Journeyman license and can work efficiently in an apartment/multifamily remodel environment that would be great.
Job Responsibilities:
Preform plumbing work for apartment unit renovations.
Install plumbing fixtures, toilets, faucets, ADA tub/showers and related components.
Install and replace water heaters.
Work safely and efficiently in occupied and unoccupied apartment units.
Maintain a clean work space.
Qualifications:
Must have reliable transportation to job site.
Must be able to work independently and well as part of a new.
Must have a good understanding of basic plumbing.
Must maintain a professional attitude while working on the property.
Pay
Based on plumbing experience and qualifications.
