Ideal Service, LLC is hiring a licensed electrician to join our growing team. We are a locally owned electrical contractor based between Gilman and Stanley, WI, serving residential, farm, commercial customers with service, remodels, and new construction throughout the area.

Our work includes:

• Service work & troubleshooting
• Electrical upgrades
• Remodels & additions
• New construction
• Farm (Grain drying sites and some dairy farms)
• Light commercial electrical work

Most job sites are within approximately 50-60 miles of our shop north of Stanley, WI.

What You'll Do

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems per NEC and Wisconsin code requirements
• Perform service work, upgrades, remodels, and new construction installations
• Install conduit, lighting, control systems, motor feeders, and standard motor connections
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide practical solutions
• Keep job sites, tools, and vehicles clean and organized
• Follow and promote workplace safety standards
• Participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings
• Mentor and support less experienced electricians
• Provide excellent customer interactions and represent the company professionally
• Work independently and complete projects on time
• Design, lay out, and develop material lists for repairs, maintenance, and installations.

Schedule

• Four 10-hour daytime shifts typical (Monday-Thursday 6am to 4:30pm)
• Evening and weekend work may occasionally be needed due to weather, emergencies, or project deadlines
