Air Solutions is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Drain Technician to join our Plumbing & Drains team.

We're looking for someone who knows how to diagnose drain and sewer problems, takes pride in doing quality work, communicates well with homeowners, and understands that great service means more than simply clearing a clog.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose residential and light commercial drain and sewer issues
• Perform drain cleaning, cabling, and sewer line clearing
• Perform sewer camera inspections and accurately explain findings
• Identify root intrusion, damaged piping, blockages, bellies, and other system concerns
• Present customers with clear repair and replacement options
• Identify opportunities for hydro jetting, sewer repairs, replacements, and other plumbing services
• Perform whole home plumbing and drain inspections when appropriate
• Document work, recommendations, photos, and customer information accurately in ServiceTitan
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked service vehicle
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards
• Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers, managers, and other technicians
• Help create a five-star customer experience on every call

What We're Looking For

• Drain cleaning, plumbing, or sewer service experience preferred
• Experience operating drain machines and sewer cameras preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to communicate findings and solutions clearly to homeowners
• Comfortable presenting repair and replacement options
• Customer-service mindset with a professional appearance
• Self-motivated and accountable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of drain and sewer work
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation when required
