Key Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing plans based on demand forecasts, economic trends, and currency conditions
• Apply TCO models to evaluate acquisition, administration, maintenance, and disposal costs
• Use Work Breakdown Structures to subdivide project deliverables into manageable work packages
• Develop Statements of Work for clarity and accountability
• Identify risks and create mitigation strategies
• Develop RFPs and RFQs for capital equipment, services, and facilities
• Lead supplier reviews and execute decision analysis for supplier selection
• Manage contract types including Firm Fixed Price, GMP, Turnkey, Cost-Plus, Time & Material, Unit Price, and Shared Savings
• Define performance schedules to track milestones and assess progress
• Ensure compliance with contract conditions, scope, and quality standards
• Lead full lifecycle contract management including planning, tendering, SOWs, and project plans

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Supply Chain, Business, Construction Management, or related field
• Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
