Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Combo Pipe Welder to join a fast-paced industrial fabrication environment. This position will be responsible for performing high-quality pipe welding on carbon and stainless steel materials while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform pipe welding on carbon steel and stainless steel piping systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld procedures, and fabrication drawings.
• Complete welds according to company and customer specifications.
• Prepare pipe and materials for welding, including cutting, fitting, and grinding.
• Inspect completed welds for quality and structural integrity.
• Safely and efficiently operate welding equipment and tools.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and welding standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a 2" Schedule 80 carbon steel weld test.
• Previous experience with stainless steel pipe welding is required.
• TIG and/or Stick welding experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Ability to work in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
